We offer free returns and exchanges for all purchases excluding Final Sale and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unworn and unwashed merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of a KA Fashions gift card.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

DAMAGES

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email concierge@kafashions.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.

MADE TO ORDER PURCHASES

If for some reason your made-to-order purchase (excluding custom orders) did not fit as expected or simply did not suit you; you may return it for an exchange only. Please email concierge@kafashions.com.
