When will my order ship?

Most orders ship 3-7 business days, excludes Made-to-Order garments and accessories. Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next business day. Business days are from Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Average shipping times within the US: less than 5 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at concierge@kafashions.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please email us at concierge@kafashions.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.

MADE-TO-ORDER (MTO)

Made-to-Order garments and accessories are crafted specifically for each order, meaning they are not pre-stocked and, as a result, not ready for immediate shipment. When a client places an order for a product showcased on our site, our team begins the creation process, and the product is typically ready to ship within 14 to 21 days. If a client chooses to customize their order during the purchase, please note that this may extend the waiting period. Rest assured, a notification with your order tracking details will be promptly sent once your item is shipped. For additional details about your order, you can conveniently access information by clicking the “Orders” tab under “My Account.” We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide you with a personalized and high-quality product.
