Pre-ordering our Allure Cashmere products means that the product is not stocked and therefore, not immediately available to ship. The client sees a product on our site, orders it, and 30 days later, they receive it. Sometimes, the client can even customize the product when ordering it and we can then create it for them (note that this could increase the wait time).
