SHIPPING TERMS & RETURN POLICY


Shipping Methods & Tracking

For customers making purchases from the United States and Canada, shipping is free on all orders. Orders are processed upon verification of payment. A notification containing the order tracking details will be sent to you once your order is shipped. You can also find more information about your order by clicking the “Orders” tab under “My Account.”


Shipping rates depend on the delivery location and quantity of ordered items (weight). Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders received on weekends are processed on the Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next business day. If a customer is buying more than one item, the products may be shipped separately. However, you will make a single payment for all purchases. International shipping is via DHL and FedEx. Shipping to U.S. and Canada is via USPS.


For shipments to EU nations, there are no custom fees. All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT). We facilitate the import/export process and all the related taxes and fees are included in the total price at checkout, so there are no hidden fees.




Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs for all orders that initially shipped for free, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

For customers in the U.S. and Canada, we will send you a prepaid return label.

Please affix the Prepaid Return Shipping Label that we provide to your package and drop it off at any USPS (in the U.S. only). Please also enclose your invoice in the package.

International customers must ship their returns to our address above. Pre-paid labels are not provided for international customers. Invoice must be enclosed in the package. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your

item (except for purchases qualifying for free shipping). Shipping costs are

nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
